The Unika Group currently holds MGF (100%), Unika Multimédia (95%) and Agorus (53%). The activity of the three subsidiaries is organised around the distribution of IT equipment and peripherals, each subsidiary being specially adapted to a particular type of customer profile.

1. M.G.F.

The historical activity of M.G.F. is as a wholesaler of computer peripherals and IT networks intended for French sales outlets. The company has a working catalogue of several hundred references and is a supplier to groups such as ACER, Philips, Samsung, LG, Microsoft or Sony. This catalogue is constantly evolving to keep up with the markets, technical progress and to live up to the expectations of our customers.

M.G.F. is also a company which specialises in the development and distribution of multimedia and multimedia peripheral products intended for food industry wholesale or specialised wholesale.

M.G.F. is a booming company ; the management is not only working in the field of micro-computing by adapting to the mutations of a highly competitive market, but is also creating three brands ‘W.E.’, ‘Rivertech’ and ‘Gamium’ to offer current IT products adapted to the needs of the market.

The M.G.F. customer base is mainly retailers but also installers for small company computer systems and independent professionals. It draws upon a network of 1.650 clients in mainland France and the overseas territories.

2. UNIKA Multimédia

Unika Multimédia is a custom made solutions integrator for distributors and professionals. Positioned on specific markets such as high quality products or security management systems, the company does not wish to compete with, on their own markets, the large operators, preferring instead to develop the concept of custom made computers for distributors and professionals.

Unika Multimedia sells its products under the brand names of ‘Unika’ and ‘Unika Pro’ targeting respectively the general public, key accounts and administrations.

3. AGORUS

Established more than fifteen years ago, AGORUS is recognised nationwide as a partner in IT equipment and peripherals. It specialises in the handling of calls for tender in the French and European markets. The AGORUS commercial teams have integrated the special requirements of these markets by adapting their response and services to the needs of their customers, whether they be universities, ministries territorial authorities, etc…

Ever close to the customers, AGORUS seeks long term relationships via all stages of the commercial process : defining and fine-tuning of requirements, respecting delivery schedules for installation of the products, long distance or on site maintenance of the material and a personal after-sales service.

AGORUS is independent and integrates, by itself, all skills for dispensing commercial and technical advice, international importing capacity, assembly, personalised development, logistics and assistance in order to master all constraints attached to the order, and to guarantee to the customer that commitments will be respected.
